The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide a talent management system or relevant components of a talent management system. Respondents are requested to provide information regarding their product’s capability across five key requirement areas:
(a) Learning Management (optional);
(b) Performance Management (optional);
(c) Succession Management (optional);
(d) General & Technology (mandatory);
(e) Pricing (mandatory).
