Provision of Coach Transport Services
The Australian Federal Police (AFP) requires the provision of Coach Transport Services for transferring AFP personnel to specified destinations by vehicle (coach or Mini bus) predominantly in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Other destinations may include all other states and territories, including neighbouring regions in New South Wales (Queanbeyan, Hall, Bungendore, Braidwood, Goulburn etc.), as requested by the AFP from time to time.

Conditions for Participation
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tenderer does not meet any of the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Tenderer must:
(i) exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(ii) if non-compliant under the WGE Act, obtain a letter of compliance from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency and include the letter in its Tender (see clause 2.24.6);
(iii) provide a validly executed Tender Solvency Statement in the form of Schedule 10 – Tenderer Solvency Statement
