CSC is building towards a Connected Service Culture aimed to transform all aspects of our customer operations including our people, our processes, our technology and our data. One part of this program of work involves implementing a Customer Engagement Platform. This RFT is seeking four capability bundles: enterprise Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) implementation; Web Portals software; Identity and Access Management (IdAM) software; and Correspondence Management Software (CMS).
Note: Tenderers are able to Tender for one or more of the above bundles, though CSC has a preference for integrated solution.
