Description:

The procurement is to obtain proposals from potential suppliers to provide and implement a cell broadcast national messaging system that is capable of sending messages from Emergency Management Australia (EMA) on behalf of the Commonwealth and/or Commonwealth, state and territory emergency services to the Australian public concerning events of national significance.

This capability is referred to as the National Messaging System (NMS)
