Organisational Planning and Performance
To develop the following corporate planning documents, and ensure they are compliant with Commonwealth legislation and guidance (notably the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and associated legislation and resource management guides).
• Corporate Plan 2022-23 (covering reporting periods 2022-23 to 2025- 26)
• Operational Plan 2022-23
• Program Plans 2022-23 for four APVMA organisation units
• Corporate Planning Framework 2022-25
• Resource plan, aligning expected financial and human resources required to deliver the corporate plan.
The documents must provide appropriate performance measures and strategies, incorporating approaches to measure and report on efficiency and effectiveness.

The APVMA intends to complete this process by end of May 2022.
