SEA2273 FIE Modernisation Invitation to Register
This Invitation to Register (ITR) NMP1163a will identify hardware and software products for the SEA2273 Fleet Information System – SECRET, PROTECTED, OFFICIAL and COALITION (FIS-SPOC) solution for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).
The purpose of the SEA2273 Project is to provide the Royal Australian Navy with a modernised Fleet Information Environment (FIE).
SEA2273 will provide a modern, cyberworthy, multi-enclave information system to the Australian Navy. Enclaves are Secret, Protected, Official and Coalition networks which will be installed across Navy’s fleet and become the pattern for future vessels.
The planned delivery includes a new support system capable of providing continuous improvement (evergreen) of Navy ICT capability and enhanced Sea and Cyberworthiness.
Responses are to be submitted by the Response Closing Time specified in NMP1163a ITR Part 1 clause 3.1 of the conditions of registration. Any questions in relation to this ITR should be directed to the Contact Officer specified in NMP11623a ITR Part 1 clause 2.5 of the conditions of registration.
Responses are to be submitted on the basis that funding for this procurement has not yet been approved and that the Commonwealth may, in accordance with the conditions of registration, decide not to proceed with this ITR process or any further procurement process.
Conditions for Participation
The Commonwealth will exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the respondent does not comply with the Commonwealth’s security requirements set out in NMP1163a ITR Part 1 clauses 2.6 and 2.7.
Essential Requirements
The Commonwealth will exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the respondent does not comply with a requirement identified as essential in the NMP1163a Part 2 SOR.
