a)Tenderers have demonstrated financial corporate stability for a minimum period of three years as determined from a review of financial statements and written statements regarding financial capacity;
b)Tenderers possess the required insurances, including a minimum of$20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, $20,000,000 Product Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance to the amount required by law; and
c)Tenderers exists as a legal entity at the tender closing time.
NCA is targeting 14 September 2019 for the Commencement Date of the Discrete Contract for completion of chillers in the Canberra heating season.
