RFT for the Provision of Destruction Services

The Destruction Services include the collection, transport, destruction and disposal of seized goods. The goods must be destroyed irreversibly such that they cannot be reconstituted or otherwise used for their original purpose. The range of seized goods to be destroyed includes (but is not limited to) tobacco and tobacco products, weapons, hazardous goods and consumer goods

The Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not satisfied any resulting order.
