The Australian Antarctic Division (a division of the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment) is seeking to engage suitable Suppliers for the provision of Courier Services (together the ‘Supplies’) for a daily courier run in the Kingston and greater Hobart area.
The Suppliers will be expected to provide a range of services either directly, or from an established network of subcontractors, on behalf of the Customer. As outlined in this ATM, the Customer will seek the provision of the Supplies as individual ‘Orders’ within the terms and conditions of the head Deed of Standing Offer, to be executed with the Supplier.
This service is required to move various items up to a maximum of two cubic metres in aggregate, or 500kgs in aggregate, as required. On occasion there will be a requirement for an additional courier run to be undertaken on the same day at short notice.

The supply must be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in the ATM and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in ATM 19/2900 Local Courier Services
It is anticipacted that the Deed of Standing Offer will take effect from July 2020.
