Scoping Study Kakadu World Heritage Visitor Centre
The Director of National Parks (the Customer) is approaching the market to engage a Supplier to collate, analyse and present information and options for progressing the World Heritage Visitor Centre for Kakadu National Park.
In order to progress the development of the proposed World Heritage Visitor Centre at Kakadu National Park, the Customer requires collation and analysis of the information collected to date (key stakeholder feedback, funding models, location options), analysis of the options available to move forward and their key impacts for stakeholders, development of possible funding models and any opportunities and risks associated with the various options (particularly from key stakeholder perspectives). This is the basis of scope for this procurement.
The completion of the above work will enable the Customer to commence further and more in-depth consultation, feasibility study and business case for the preferred option.
The Supplier will be required to produce an unbiased, succinct high-level needs analysis / scoping report as detailed in the Requirement.
