The Harbour Trust invites tenders for the provision of Window Restoration Works on Buildings 10, 12 & 13 Cockatoo Island.

A mandatory industry briefing will be held 9.30am Monday 9th May 2022, at Cockatoo Island (in front of Building 10).
Attendee contact details (a maximum of 3 attendees per tenderer) must be provided to the Contact Officer no later than 2pm Thursday 5th May 2022.
Deadline for submission of tenderer questions is 2pm Wednesday 25th May 2022.
:
- The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
- The Tenderer has completed and submitted the Tender Response Forms contained in Schedule 2 in accordance with the RFT
- The Tenderer has the required insurances and provides certificates of currency
- The Tenderer agrees to take out the required insurances as set out in the Contract
- The Tenderer has attended the mandatory industry briefing.
