The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) invites potential Tenderers to submit a Submission for a multi-stage procurement for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
• The location parameters within Perth (must be within the attached Search Zone).
• Area 11,500m2 - 12,500m2.
• Lease terms of 10 or 15 years with 3 by 3 year options.
