<span">CSIRO through this RFT is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs), suitable for the use of CSIRO scientists, to be included in a panel of approved products.

<span">Conditions for Participation
<span">5.1.1Subject to clause 5.7, Unintentional Errors of Form,CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the conditions for participation set out in this clause have not been met by the Tenderer. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this RFT, only requirements listed in this clause will be deemed conditions for participation.
<span">a.the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the RFT Closing Time and Date
<span">b.at the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
<span">i.precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or
<span">ii.subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
<span">c.the Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified in the Attachment A- SOR (Statement of Requirements):
<span">1.3.1.The proposed ELN solution must allow for different levels of access to the system to be assigned. This is to include at a minimum basic user, administrative and security user level permissions. The Tenderer is to confirm this condition is met and provide supporting information where appropriate.
<span">1.3.2.The proposed ELN solution must be protected from external / unauthorised access as to ensure CSIRO’s data and IP is protected from misuse. The Tenderer is to confirm this condition is met and provide supporting information where appropriate.
<span">1.3.3.The data stored within the proposed ELN solution must be housed within a data centre within Australia. The Tenderer is to confirm this condition is met and provide supporting information where appropriate.
<span">1.3.4.The proposed ELN solution must support permanent deletion of data from the designated hosting service if directed by CSIRO. The Tenderer is to confirm this condition is met and provide supporting information where appropriate
<span">CSIRO aims for the ELN Panel to be available to CSIRO users by Christmas 2020 with a three (3) year initial deed term + possible extensions.
