Provision of Cloud Hosting and Other Related Services
The Office of Parliamentary Counsel (OPC) provides timely, high quality legislative drafting and publication services. These include drafting and advisory services for Commonwealth Bills, legislative instruments and other instruments as well as comprehensive public access to Commonwealth legislation, particularly through the Federal Register of Legislation website (the Register).

The Conditions for Participation in this RFT are:
(a) Tenderers must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver the Services tendered for, as documented in Section 2 of this RFT, to users across Australia and overseas;
(b) Tenderers must either:
(i) holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Tender Closing Time; or
(ii) has a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Tender Closing Time, and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 Business Days from the Tender Closing Date;
(c) Tenderers hold a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first tier subcontract that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive);
(d) Tenderers must hold a current, valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and/or Australian Company Number (ACN).
