The Human In the Loop capability is a simulation capability that can visually present threats, countermeasure effects and scenario variables whilst a human operator simulates the use of equipment (nominally a weapon system) to interact with the operational scenario. By studying the interactions of both the operator and equipment, their combined capabilities and vulnerabilities can be characterised, resulting in the ability to develop validated Tactic, Technique and Procedure. Further, by simulating countermeasure effects in the virtual scene, the effectiveness of countermeasures to exclude targeting solutions results in the development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures for various weapon and targeting systems.
The Commonwealth will exclude a response from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the respondent does not comply with the Commonwealth’s security requirements set out in the Conditions of Registration, clauses 2.6 and 2.7.
