Following criteria shall be used to shortlist the vendor for second phase of this process: a. capability to provide and support the services, alignment with Reserve Bank priorities and infrastructure, and integration effort – EOI Schedule 2 – Summary of Proposed Approach and Appreciation of Services; b. capability of Solution to meet and/or exceed requirements – EOI Schedule 3 – Respondent's Capability Meeting High-Level Requirements; c. experience in performing similar services to the System and reports of referees – EOI Schedule 5 – Respondent's Experience and Referees; d. explaining how the solution can be cost-effective and provides value for money – EOI Schedule 6 – Pricing Model; and e. quality control and/or quality assurance programs and accreditations from appropriate public sector authorities or industry organisations – EOI Schedule 7 – Quality Assurance and Systems

Description:

The Reserve Bank has a need for an internal System for managing the transactional activity of the Reserve Bank’s overseas customers for settlement in the domestic High-Value Payment System (HVPS), Austraclear and other domestic payment streams such as the New Payments Platform (NPP).

Conditions for Participation:

All EOIs, including any additional documents in support thereof, must be in English.

Any references in an EOI relating to measurements and dimensions must be expressed in metric units.

The EOI must provide a completed filled Schedule 4 and must provide the documents listed in Schedule 4.

The EOI must include a completed and signed Respondent’s EOI Particulars and Declaration in the form provided (see Part A and B of EOI Schedule 1).
