Description:

The Director of National Parks, being a corporation sole continuing under s 514A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (Director), invites suitably qualified Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of the Works for the development of the Ian Potter National Conservatory (Project) in the Australian National Botanic Gardens (ANBG).

Conditions for Participation:

The Respondent exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 2.3(c)).
