Description:

The Lead Customer is proposing to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement to cover Peer Review Consultancy Services.

A detailed description of the Required Capabilities is specified in Attachment A – Statement of Requirements to this ATM.

The Peer Review and Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) Consultants (the Consultants) selected for the Project will collectively undertake all peer reviews and ICA support required to support the quality objective established for the Project. Engagement scope, conditions and durations for each peer review or ICA activity will be as directed by the Memorial.

There will be an industry briefing on Thursday, 21 November 2019 at Campbell ACT 2612. Potential Suppliers wishing to attend the industry briefing should register to attend by e-mail the Contact Officer by Wednesday, 20 November 2019.

Potential Suppliers should note Addendum 2 includes reissued versions of the Approach to Market, Attachment A, Attachment F and Attachment G.
