In-House Mental Health Specialists

The ATO is seeking to establish contract/s with a limited number of specialists to work with the ATO to design and deliver leading mental health initatives that allow the ATO to continue to be a positive, thriving and supportive workplace. As an organisation, we are committed to working to enhance both the staff and client experience.
Tenderers must either be a psychologist or psychiatrist, or offer such mental health specialist/s to partner with the ATO. These specialists must demonstrate:
1) Psychiatrist
Minimum seven years’ experience as a psychiatrist with membership of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), and registered as a medical practitioner under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority Medical Board of Australia.
Psychologist
Minimum seven years’ experience as a psychologist (general, health or clinical) and registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
2) Experience providing specialist mental health services within the health, performance, compensation and conduct case management area of a large organisation aligning with organisational needs and priorities.
The "Initial Contract Period" is intended for a start date of Monday, 25 May 2020 and continue for two years.
The contract will include the following extension options available to use at the ATO’s discretion: two x one year.
