Description:

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is seeking to procure an Expert to support with external reviews into a number of registrable superannuation entities (the Funds) which will consider trustee governance and performance.

APRA is intending to appoint one common external Expert to conduct the reviews. The Expert will be responsible for the execution of the reviews, making findings and opining on matters set out in a Terms of Reference prepared by APRA.
