Nauru Health System Support Project (NHSSP)
The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) invites submissions from potential suppliers (Respondents) for the implementation of the Nauru Health System Support Project(Requirements), in accordance with this REOI.
The Nauru Health System Support Project (NHSSP or the Project) is designed to support the Government of Nauru to do as much as possible to tackle the NCD epidemic - preventing NCDs in the younger generation and managing existing NCDs as cost effectively as possible.
This REOI is the first stage of a two stage tendering process. DFAT will shortlist Respondents from this REOI process who will be invited to submit a tender in the second stage, the Request for Tender (RFT). A failure to respond to this REOI will result in a potential supplier not being eligible to participate in any subsequent RFT process.
The mandatory minimum content and format requirements are:
a. Responses must be written in English and all measurements must be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement.
b. Responses must contain completed and detailed responses to all RF’s 1 to 4 inclusive;
c. Responses must contain a completed and executed Respondent Declaration in the form provided with this REOI at RF4
Contract to commence in April 2019.
