Request for Expression of Interest for Unified Communications

The Department of Home Affairs invites suitably qualified organisations to participate in a potential multi-stage procurement process for the provision of innovative solutions to enhance the Department’s unified communications.
Home Affairs will conduct an industry briefing on the 11th of July. Interested parties can register their interest to attend by completing the industry briefing registration form and deed of confidentiality at Attachment 6 to Schedule 2 of the REOI.
Respondents are advised that there are no Conditions for Participation for this REOI.
If there is any procurement arising from any subsequent process to this REOI, Home Affairs expects all participants in that process to satisfactorily comply with the following Conditions for Participation:
a. The participant must not have been named in Parliament as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
b. The participant must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim;
c. The participant, its personnel, and any subcontractors proposed in any response must not, at the relevant closing time, be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth);
d. The Respondent (and any subcontractor proposed in its EOI) must not be named in the consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 of the Charter of United Nations;
e. Specified personnel must have the ability to hold and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) (Baseline clearance as a minimum);
f. Specified personnel must have the ability to hold and maintain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
