DNP-PAI-1819-712-BNP2 Tar Hill Resurfacing – Ellmoos Road
The Director of National Parks invites Tenders for the provision of services to carry out rehabilitation works to the sealed section of Ellmoos Road (“Tar Hill”) in Booderee National Park (BNP), Jervis Bay Territory in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT)
The purpose of the Supplies to be performed by the Tendereris to rehabilitate the sealed section of Ellmoos Road (Tar Hill) as detailed in the design drawings and specifications in Attachment A.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).
Timely completion of the works is critical. The Tenderer is to supply a draft construction program with submission that outlines their proposed Practical Completion date.
