Department of Veterans’ Affairs – Provision of Personal Response System Products and Associated Services
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) funds a range of PRS products and services under the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) as listed in the RAP National Schedule of Equipment.
This RFT seeks to establish a Standing Offer Panel comprising suitable organisations to provide PRS products and services to entitled persons throughout Australia, including those who reside in major cities, inner and outer regional areas, and remote or very remote areas.
DVA encourages tenders from suitable organisations that have the capability to provide the specified services. Through the RFT, DVA intends to engage suitably experienced and qualified organisations from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across Australia.
DVA currently has contracts with PRS suppliers across Australia that are due to expire on 31 March 2020.

1. The tenderer must be a non-individual legal entity, such as an incorporated company, a trust where the trustee is an incorporated entity and the trust deed provisions are acceptable to DVA, or an incorporated association, at the time of submitting a response to this RFT.
2. The tenderer must provide a Satisfactory and Valid Statement of Tax Record (STR) in accordance with Rule 36.1.
3 years with two options to extend for periods up to a total of 12 months for each option.
