The Memorial’s current Retail and Online Sales (ROS) environment comprises of several legacy business applications. Business functionality to support business processes is achieved through bespoke customisation, configuration and integration.
The Memorial currently operates in an omnichannel retail environment, selling products through its online and physical shopfronts. The current Retail and Online Sales (ROS) business applications have supported the following sale categories for approximately 10 years:
(a)Retail sales of Shop Products through the Memorial’s onsite shopfront (Memorial Shop);
(b)Online sales of Shop Products through its eCommerce portal (Online Shop); and
(c)Collection sales of Collection Products through its eCommerce portal (Online Shop).
The current solutions are now not meeting the Memorials requirements and we are now seeking a solution for:
(a)Retail sales and Online sales;
(b)Collection sales; or
(c)Both Retail sales and Online sales, and Collection Sales.
NOTE: The Memorial will host an online briefing session for Tenderers to provide additional context and information in relation to its requirements. This session will be open to all potential Tenderers.

The Industry Briefing will be recorded and made available to potential Tenderers as an Addendum.
•Tenderers must satisfy the Conditions for Participation. If a Tenderer does not satisfy the Conditions for Participation, the Tender will be excluded from consideration.
•The Condition for Participation is:
•confirm that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 (About the Memorial) in Part 1–About this RFT of this RFT.
