Operators are invited to provide the following services under this panel arrangement:
- aircraft hire for transportation needs where a CASA officer is to be pilot in command
- aircraft hire for flight checking of navigational aids (NAVAIDs), airways, instrument approaches and aerodromes
- simulator hire for instrument approach data validation
- aircraft and simulator hire for flight training (Part 141 and/or Part 142 Certification applicable), aircraft type conversion or flight currency
- aircraft and simulator for flight instruction
- related support services and equipment.

The Panel is scheduled to commence from 1 October 2026. Successful Operators will be issued a Deed of Standing Offer for an initial term of 5 years.
The Panel will remain open for receiving applications during this time.
