Mechanical Control Centre replacement Phase 2

This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing Mechanical services MCCD’s with new MCCD’s. The existing boards are located in the basement (MCCD-B) and ground floor (MCCD-G) plantrooms. The project is a design and construct project including design, supply, installation and testing, and is intended that all existing equipment will remain operable through the project, with the new boards co-located with the existing boards. The project includes the upgrade of the BMS controls and cabling, the disconnection, relocation, extension and reconnection of existing fire rated submains, as well the power and control cabling to all equipment connected to the boards (Refer 'ARPANSA MCC Replacement - Ph 2 - Scope of Service Overview & Electrical Specifications - Final' in Appendix for the detailed scope and electrical specifications)
The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
All tender submissions must contain the name of the manufacturer for the proposed switchboards
All tender submissions must contain a delivery program which details, but is not limited to the following:
a/ Shop drawings including control schematics
b/ Delivery timeframe for proposed MCC's
Site Inspection
Potential Suppliers who do not attend the site inspection, detailed at A.A.1, will be excluded from consideration.
