The Supply of Semi-Auto Rifle Platforms
The AFP seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the supply of Semi-Automatic Rifle Platforms and associated services.
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tenderer does not comply with all of the following - the Tenderer must:
(a) exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) be solvent;
(c) where it proposes to supply Semi-Automatic Rifle Platforms and Support Requirements:
(i) manufactured in Australia, the Tenderer must hold all necessary Firearms Dealer Licences to supply the tendered Semi-Automatic Rifle Platforms and Support Requirements (as applicable); and
(ii) manufactured outside Australia, the Tenderer must hold an Import Permit for the tendered Semi-Automatic Rifle Platforms and Support Requirements (as applicable), as well as hold all necessary Firearms Dealer Licences; and
(d) be either the original equipment manufacturer, or an Authorised Distributor, for the tendered Semi-Automatic Rifle Platforms and Support Requirements,
each being a "Condition for Participation".
