Further to previous AusTender notifications for the War College Academic Agreement Procurement (WCAAP) (RFT 12669/JCG/ADC, RFT 12669/JCG/ADC-1 & RFT 12669/JCG/ADC-2) this notification is regarding the planned Industry Brief day following the release of the Request for Tender (RFT) anticipated for 14th July 2020.

The Industry Brief will be conducted on-site at the Australian Defence College (ADC) Weston Campus in parallel with online streaming over a commercially common digital platform for parties unable to attend due to COVID-19 restrictions. This blended physical and digital approach will enable equal participation in the information briefs and question and answer session for prospective tenderers whether they attend physically or online.

ADC requests perspective tenderers planning to physically attend the Industry Brief at ADC to register this intent via the RSVP link below.

The Industry Brief day details are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 23 July 2020

Location: Australian Defence College

Address: Kirkpatrick St, Weston, ACT, 2611

Time: Arrive between 1000 - 1015 cut off (please note: all visitors will need to be signed in and escorted on site).

Number of attendees: Due to social distancing requirements, there is a maximum limit of 2 attendees per tenderer permitted. As spaces are limited, we ask that you RSVP to ensure your ticket is confirmed.

Duration: The Industry Brief is estimated to take 6 - 7 hours, inclusive of Q&A. Lunch is provided and a tour of the ADC Weston Campus is to follow. All personnel will be cleared from ADC by 1745 hrs.

a) at the time of submitting its tender, the tenderer must have and maintain status as a Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) self-accrediting higher education provider - i.e is defined as an Australian or Overseas University in accordance with the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2015; and  
b) no later than Effective Date of the Contract, the tenderer must have and maintain Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) Entry Level membership.
