Description:

Colliers International, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia jointly represented by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) and the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC), invites potential suppliers to submit for a multi-stage procurement for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
• The location parameters within Canberra
• Net Lettable Area (NLA) of between 50,000m2 and 70,000m2
• Lease term of ten (10) years with a minimum of two (2) by five (5) year options.
