Procurement of Energy Market Consultancy Services to Defence

The Commonwealth is seeking tenders for the provision of Energy Market Consultancy Services to Defence. The Energy Consultant will be required to provide tailored expert support for energy procurement activities, contract negotiation, and tariff and invoice reviews. The Consultant will be an experienced energy market practitioner with the capacity to provide energy market trend analysis and identify / quantify the impact on Defence. Experience with energy market innovations, Demand Side Management, data warehousing, tender price analysis and energy saving initiatives is necessary.
Clause 2.5 Defence Security Requirements.
Clause 3.3.2 Tenderer must hold a current Australian Financial Services Licence.
Clause 3.3.3 Tenderer must hold engineering or technical qualifications.
Clause 3.3.4 Tenderer must have significant relevant experience in the Australian energy market.
Up to 4 years with extension options for up to a further 4 years.
