Design and construction of oil recovery vessels
This ATM seeks to identify suitably qualified provider/s to Design and construction of oil recovery vessels
• A vessel and the new skimming units as identified in Schedule 1, will be made available for inspection at:
15 Montore Rd,
Minto , Sydney New South Wales.
on Thursday 18th February 2021, from 1000 to 1400
The tenderer will provide all the vessel equipment required under the National Standard for Commercial Vessels (NSCV), to meet the specified vessel survey tended.
Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
• <span">The tenderer either:
• holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the closing time; or
• has a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the closing time, and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the closing time; and
(iii) the tenderer warrants that it will obtain a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record (at the time of tendering OR engagement if later) for any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
Overall project schedule is to be identified in the tenderers response.
Subject to the outcomes of the RFT, the anticipated date for the resultant contract is March 2021 for 5 Years with a single extension option of 2 years
