Request for Tender for Enterprise Resource Planning Application Managed Service (ERP-AMS)
The purpose of this notice is to advise the market that Airservices Australia (Airservices) intends to approach the market to source an Application Managed Service provider to provide level 2 and level 3 support for its enterprise resource planning system which is made up of SAP on premise and SAP cloud solutions. The existing contracted services for Level 4 will remain with the current service provider(s). Please note, level 4 support for all SAP on premise modules is provided by Rimini Street.
Airservices is a government owned organisation that exists to provide safe, secure, efficient and environmentally-responsible air navigation and aviation rescue firefighting services to the aviation industry.
Airservices is regulated by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and is required to comply with regulatory standards outlined in the Air Services Act 1995 for the provision of our air traffic services.
It is anticipated that Airservices will release a Request for Tender (RFT) to the market in early to mid-October 2020.
The RFT will be released via AusTender.
