Project 224 - Lombrum Infrastructure Project
Early Works Package 1 consisting of demolitions works, and the construction of a Medical Facility, Guard House and Permieter Fence on Lombrum Naval Base, Manus Island, Papua New Guinea.
The release of the Disclosure and Confientiality Agreement will allow tenderers to sign and return this document to the Tender Administrator via the below email. The Tender Administrator will then release the Tender Documents, contract and IFT drawing package to tenderers within 1-2 business days.
An Industry Brief occured in Port Moresby, PNG on Thu, 1 Aug 19. No site visit or investigation is planned for tenderers.
A second Industry Brief will occur on Wednesday, 21 Aug 19 on Manus Island IAW Tender Addendum 02.
Tenderers wishing to attend either of these events must follow the registration process set out in the Tender Documents and Addednum 02.
As specified in the Tender Documents and Conditions.
Construction is to commence in November 2019 for completion in June 2020.
