HMAS Vampire Electrical Upgrade

HMAS Vampire is an exhibit at the Australian National Maritime Museum. The vessel is no longer operational, is used as a static exhibition that does not proceed to or operate at sea, and has permanent connections to onshore power. The museum requires an increase in electrical safety, reliability and energy efficiency on board the vessel.
Works required are the replacement of old electrical wiring, distribution boards, switch boards and lighting throughout HMAS Vampire to comply with the relevant Australian standards, particularly Australian electrical standards.
It is a condition of participation in this tender that, at the time of lodgement of the expression of interest or tender, the tenderer must not be:
a) precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work; or
b) subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim.
Failure to meet these conditions for participation will mean that the Applicant will be automatically be excluded from the procurement process.
