The Tenderer:

- has been invited to participate in this RFT process by the Bureau,

- exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time,

- is accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme (Scheme) at the time the draft contract is entered into with the Bureau,

- maintains accreditation under the Scheme while carrying out the building work, and

- complies with all conditions of the Scheme accreditation.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Four years with options for three additional periods of 2 years each.
