The Reserve Bank of Australia (the Bank) invites proposals for the provision of workplace investigation services, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal.
The Bank is seeking service providers to provide workplace investigation services to the Bank on an as required basis.
Services required include undertaking investigations to assess allegations or concerns that a Bank member of staff has breached the Bank’s Code of Conduct or other Bank policies, preparing high quality reports that include findings, and proposing appropriate and defensible actions.
