Please ensure to submit your deed poll form as soon as possible as the Expression of Interest process closes 5 March 2021. 

 The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission) is conducting a two-stage procurement process seeking suitably qualified Service Provider(s) for the provision of Reaccreditation Audit Services to the Commission, working alongside Commission Quality Assessors, in accordance with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Rules 2018. The Service Provider(s) may also be required to conduct regulatory activities as directed by the Commission. 

 

The Commission will:

  • seek an EOI submission from potential Service Provider(s) (including multiple entities responding as a consortium) with experience and capability (inclduing a workfroce) to deliver Reaccreditation Audit Services. 
  • provide details of the Evaluation Criteria and the process that will be used to assess EOIs and select the shortlisted Applicants; and 
  • provide details of the two-stage procurement process (which comprises of the EOI Phase and the Limited Tender Phase.

All entities must first complete, sign and return to the Commission (by email) a Deed Poll Confidentiality and Disclaimer for Tender ACQS241120 (attached as an addendum to this ATM). 

Entities will then be provided with further instructions on how to access the EOI documents.
