Request for information - IT Strategic Sourcing
The ATO is seeking input from the market to assist in preparing suitable go-to-market documentation for:
End User Technology Services (EUTS);
Unified Communications (UC);
Centralised Computing (CC);
Monitoring, Integration and Automation (Monitoring);
Enterprise Service Management Centre (ESMC);
Technical Helpdesk (THD)
The ATO is seeking market input (via an RFI) regarding the number and bundling of services required to optimise ATO technology infrastructure and management in order to deliver value for money now, and into the future.
ATO is seeking input in 4 key categories:
Delivery and Governance – broadly applicable to all scope;
Technical – specific to each of the above scope;
Commercial – broadly applicable to all scope;
Financial – broadly applicable to all scope
It should be noted that the purpose of this RFI is not to:
solicit input as to the capabilities of individual Respondents;
provide Respondents with the opportunity to express interest in the RFT(s);
qualify recipients of any subsequent RFT(s);
procure any goods or services
Respondents may respond to one or more questions, across one of more scope areas. A Response to all scope areas or across all question categories is not required.
Respondents will not be shortlisted based on their Response.
