Description:

Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites suitably qualified builders to tender for the Design and Construction of 18 Dwellings at Heritage Close, Duntroon.

Respondents must direct any questions regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) to the contact officer for this project.

Conditions for Participation:

The following conditions for participation apply :

1. Tenderers must hold, at minimum, a Class C builders licence in accordance with the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004 (Australian Capital Territory)

2. Tenderers are required to demonstrate Accreditation under the Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme (FSC Accredited)
