Provision of Community-Based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Treatment Services
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Panel of suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide community-based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment services to veterans residing throughout Australia.
The Department encourages tenders from suitable organisations that have the capability to provide one or more of the specified AOD Treatment Programs, detailed in the Statement of Requirements (SOR); and that engage only qualified, registered and experienced personnel to deliver the Treatment Programs.
Contractors delivering Services under this Deed must be compliant with the National Quality Framework for Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services.
In delivering the required services it is expected that organisations will provide high quality services and ensure processes, practices and methods of delivery are
based on, and are respectful of, the needs of veterans and their families.
Yes - as advised in the RFT at clause 6.3
Initial three (3) years with an option to extend, by any period of up to twenty-four (24) months
