The successful organisation will assist the department to deliver a cost assurance process on two streams. These are;
- Assist with application form build process
- Provide the ability to ask the correct questions on the application form that will allow the department and the successful organisation to assess the above validations
- Assess high risk valued applications to ensure the validation of value for money, shovel readiness and cost reasonableness is answered

Consequently, there could be a number of potential applications could be significant and the disparity between the quantum of the applications versus the available funding is expected too large.
