The Department of Education, Skills and Employment (the department) is seeking responses from individuals and organisations interested in delivering services under the Entrepreneurship Facilitator Program 2022–25.

From 1 July 2022, the Entrepreneurship Facilitator Program will deliver a range of services to support entrepreneurship and self-employment in 23 Entrepreneurship Facilitator Regions.

Entrepreneurship Facilitators will provide information to people who are considering self-employment and owners of existing micro-businesses that need support to stay in business. Entrepreneurship Facilitators will have strong links to the local small business ecosystem and will provide people with information and business advice through networking events, workshops and advice about starting out in small business. They will also refer Participants needing more comprehensive services to other business support programs including the Self-Employment Assistance program. Entrepreneurship Facilitators will work closely with Self-Employment Assistance Providers to ensure Participants benefit from more comprehensive services where needed.

The Request for Tender (RFT) sets out the service requirements for the Entrepreneurship Facilitator Program 2022–25, as well as information on how to respond, the selection criteria and the evaluation process.

Further information, including an information presentation, is available on the department’s Employment Services Tenders website (tenders.employment.gov.au).
