Procurement to purchase scanning Doppler W-band or Ka-band cloud radar (~20km radius) via a Deed of Standing Offer and options to procure additional cloud radars in each extension period (potential for up to a total of 8 over the lifetime of the contract and extensions). The initial scanning cloud radar is to provide cloud and severe weather information for safe year-round aviation operations in Antarctica. The initial scanning cloud radar will be operating at Davis Station in Antarctica
