Description:

The Commonwealth (as represented by the Department of Defence) is seeking to commence an upgrade and replacement program of control systems at 112 DFIs to be scheduled over the next five to ten years. This includes the supply of:

a. commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment for key principle control system components (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition, Programmable Logic Controller, Bay Load Controller Hardware, Fuel Management Software and Tank Gauging); and

b. technical reach-back capability for design, installation and commissioning support.
