Request for tender for the South Alligator Ranger Station Bore Replacement
The South Alligator Ranger Station (SARS) is located in the South Alligator District (SAD) in Kakadu National Park (KNP).
The SARS site is comprised of a ranger station compound containing a powerhouse, bulk fuel storage and dispensing, workshop, various storage sheds and shelters, water storage tanks and pumps, ranger station staff building, and 6 staff houses.
There are two 110 kVa generators which are owned and maintained by Parks Australia that provide power supply to the above-mentioned compound, ranger station and houses at the SARS site.
The water supply for the SARS site is provided via a bore which is currently experiencing issues.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
A deed or contract for the Supplies substantially in the form of the Draft Agreement is expected to commence on 1 June 2022 and conclude on 1 June 2023 with an option for the Director to extend for a further 12 months.
