The National Capital Authority (NCA) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced supplier (the Supplier) to develop and implement a Project Management System (the System), that ensures compliance and enables utilisation of the NCA’s Project Management Policy and Framework.
Period of Tender
The NCA requires that tenders submitted in response to this RFT remain valid for acceptance for a period of not less than three (3) months after the Tender Closing Date. Tenderers shall state any longer period for which their tenders remain valid in the Declaration by Tenderer at Schedule B1
Statement of Compliance
Tenderers are to state their compliance or otherwise with each clause of the attached draft contract in the format outlined in Schedule B2. Responses are to be in the order in which the clauses appear and refer to the relevant clause number and Attachment. Non-committal terms such as "Noted" should not be used
Where an offer does not comply with a particular clause, the extent of non-compliance is to be stated. The tenderer is to provide separately a summary list of clauses in respect of which there is non-compliance
