Consultancy services to develop a Roads’ Strategy for Kakadu National Park
The Director of National Parks is seeking consultancy services to develop a Roads’ Strategy, including a separate repair and maintenance schedule, for the Park by February 2020. The implementation of priority road works identified in the Roads’ Strategy will be funded from the allocated $70 million for the Kakadu Package and will contribute to achieving the aims of the Tourism Master Plan being developed concurrently.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).
A contract for the Supplies substantially in the form of the Draft Agreement is expected to commence on 17 July 2019 with contract concluding on 31 March 2020 with an option for the Director to extend for a further 6 months for the Roads’ Strategy.
