Australia Solomon Islands Program Support Facility

The new Australia-Solomon Islands Program Support Facility (“the Facility”) will provide a flexible and responsive mechanism to assist DFAT to deliver these outcomes from mid-2023. The Facility will initially operate for four years (2023-24 to 2026-27), with the possibility of a four-year extension. The Facility’s operations will include:
· recruitment and management of technical assistance, including long-term and short-term advisers
· provision of deployee support services (logistics and security management) for Australian Government staff and advisers in Honiara
· provision of support to sectoral aid programs, including technical advice, procurement, performance management and reporting.
The purpose is to establish a shortlist of capable organisations to be the contractor. Organisations wishing to manage the project should substantially complete the Response Forms in Attachment 1 and must submit them via AusTender by the Closing Date.
