Project SANTAKA - ECI HC Market Sounding
This is a notice for a Market Sounding activity.
The Department of Defence is considering the potential delivery of Project SANTAKA, new infrastructure facilities to support increased capability at a significant Defence site in the Northern Territory (the Project).
The Commonwealth invites participation in a market sounding process in accordance with the attached Market Sounding.
The Commonwealth is considering the use of the Early Contractor Involvement Head Contract (ECI HC-1 2022) delivery methodology. Procurement will be either through a two-stage procurement process involving an ITR followed by an RFT or will proceed directly to RFT dependent on the response to this Market Sounding.
The Request for Tender is scheduled for late 2022 – early 2023 dependent on Market Sounding results.
The Commonwealth requests the Respondent provide its response in the format set out in Attachment 1.
